Atlanta Police Investigate Fatal Shooting on Booker Avenue
On November 28, 2024, at approximately 3:01 a.m., Atlanta Police Zone 3 officers responded to reports of a shooting at 1162 Booker Avenue SW in the Pittsburgh area.
Upon arrival, officers found a 52-year-old male victim suffering from a gunshot wound. Medical personnel pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
Investigators from the Atlanta Police Homicide Unit are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. The investigation remains ongoing.
