Reynolds Police and Partner Agencies Issue 66 Citations, Make Multiple Arrests During Traffic Operation
On November 22, 2024, the Reynolds Police Department, in partnership with the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety and the Muscogee County Sheriff’s Department, conducted concentrated patrols and a roadside safety checkpoint. During the operation, 66 citations were issued for offenses including possession of marijuana, expired tags, speeding, no driver’s license, defective equipment, open containers, and driving under the influence.
In addition to the citations, multiple arrests were made for drug-related offenses and other violations. The individuals arrested and their charges include:
- Charlotte Elaine Horton, 20, of Gray, GA: Possession of marijuana, possession of drug-related objects, felony VGCSA Schedule IV (Alprazolam), and VGCSA (Oxycodone).
- Domonick Gibbons, 40, of Savannah, GA: No brake lights, possession of marijuana, possession of drug-related objects, open container, and felony VGCSA Schedule II (Cocaine).
- Jacarlos Sanders, 37, of Butler, GA: Possession of marijuana and possession of drug-related objects.
- Dandrea Dotts, 22, of Albany, GA: Following too closely, cracked windshield, possession of marijuana, possession of drug-related objects, and open container violations.
- Andre Mungin, 39, of Garden City, GA: Possession of marijuana, possession of drug-related objects, and no license on person.
- Antonio Mungin, 42, of Garden City, GA: Possession of marijuana and possession of drug-related objects.
- Raul Moreno, 24, of Lanett, AL: No driver’s license.
- Neyser Ramirez, 27, of Columbus, GA: No driver’s license.
- Marvin Perez, 20, of Opelika, AL: No driver’s license.
- Herman Worsham, 25, of Reynolds, GA: Possession of marijuana.
- Ayana Nzegwu, 31, of Macon, GA: Possession of marijuana.
- Diego Zuniga-Rosales, 40, of San Antonio, TX: No driver’s license.
- Jorge Aguilar, 37, of Montgomery, AL: No driver’s license.
- Landon Cole Gish, 20, of Gray, GA: DUI drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drug-related objects, cracked windshield, and no license on person.
This operation highlights ongoing efforts by law enforcement to ensure roadway safety and combat drug-related offenses.
