Deputies Arrest Toccoa Man on Multiple Charges, Including Aggravated Assault

On Monday evening, October 21, 2024, deputies from the Stephens County Sheriff’s Office executed an arrest warrant for 39-year-old Nathan Henderson at a family residence in Toccoa without incident.

At approximately 6:34 p.m., deputies acted on a tip regarding Henderson’s whereabouts. Upon arriving at the family’s address, they took him into custody and transported him to the Stephens County Jail.

Henderson is facing several charges, including:

• Aggravated Assault – Family Violence Act (FVA)
• Terroristic Threats and Acts (two counts)
• Simple Battery – Family Violence Act (FVA)
• Criminal Damage to Property in the Second Degree

He is currently being held at the Stephens County Jail pending a bond hearing.
