Woman Killed in Early Morning Crash on Shurling Drive in Macon

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal single-vehicle accident that occurred just after 2:00 a.m. on Sunday in the 2300 block of Shurling Drive in Macon. Jahauna Jackson, 24, lost control of her 2019 Toyota Camry, left the roadway, and struck a tree. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Coroner’s Office has notified her next of kin.
