Suspects in Attempted SUV Theft and Vandalism Sought in Ellenwood, Henry County
Wanted suspects

On Sunday, September 15, 2024, two suspects arrived in a gray 2018 Hyundai Tucson at a neighborhood off Flakes Mill Road in Ellenwood. While one suspect stayed in the vehicle, the other attempted to open the driver’s side door of a white SUV parked in a driveway. The vehicle was locked, and the attempt was unsuccessful.

The two suspects, pictured below, brandished handguns when a passing vehicle approached, prompting them to flee in the Hyundai Tucson. Earlier that day, the same suspects were involved in a criminal damage incident at Sudo Bar and Grill, located at 1792 Panola Rd., where a GMC Sierra’s passenger window was smashed.

Authorities are seeking information about the suspects. Anyone with details or who recognizes the individuals is encouraged to contact Detective E. Luciano at 770-288-8278, the Henry County Non-Emergency Dispatch at 770-957-9121, or send tips, photos, and videos to 770-220-7009.
