32-Year-Old Male Stabbed in West Highlands Area of Atlanta, Assaulted by Group

On August 30, 2024, at approximately 5:50 PM, Atlanta Police officers responded to a report of a stabbing at 1903 Drew Drive NW in the West Highlands area of Atlanta. Upon arrival, officers located a 32-year-old male with a visible stab wound to his abdomen. The victim was conscious, alert, and breathing when first responders arrived. He was subsequently transported to a nearby hospital for further medical treatment.

According to preliminary investigations, the victim was attacked by a group of males while walking near 2250 Perry Boulevard NW. After sustaining the injuries, the victim managed to flee and sought help at 1903 Drew Drive NW. The Aggravated Assault Unit has been assigned to investigate the case and is working to determine the circumstances and motives behind the assault. At this time, the investigation remains ongoing, and no suspects have been identified.
