Woman Shot in Buttocks by Passenger in Vehicle on Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway
On July 24, 2024, at approximately 1:37 a.m., officers were dispatched to 2621 Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway in response to a report of a person shot.
Upon arrival, officers found a female victim with gunshot wounds to the buttocks. She was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
Preliminary investigation reveals that the victim was outside when a blue Honda Civic (GA TAG: RXS1094) with three occupants drove past. The passenger fired a gun out of the window, striking the victim. The Aggravated Assault unit is investigating the incident to determine the circumstances. The investigation is ongoing.
