Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) has released its 2023 Environmental, Social, Governance, and Prosperity (ESG+P) report, titled “Future Forward.” This report outlines ATL’s efforts to manage environmental and social risks, implement effective governance practices, and drive economic prosperity.

According to Airport Interim General Manager Jan Lennon, “‘Future Forward’ marks a crucial year for ATL, highlighting our continued leadership as the world’s busiest airport and our advancements in sustainability and resilience initiatives.”

Dr. Quinta Warren, ATL Director of Sustainability, noted, “In 2023, our efforts significantly advanced ATL’s sustainability goals. Our work includes decarbonizing airport expansion and operations and promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.”

The report covers the calendar year 2023 and the fiscal year 2023 for prosperity data, detailing ATL’s achievements in the following areas:
