Fatal Shooting in Columbus: Victim Succumbs to Injuries, Police Appeal for Information

A man, identified as Derrick Jordan, 39, was found lying in the 300 block of 12th Street in Columbus on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 10:19 p.m., suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to Piedmont Columbus Regional by EMS, where he later died from his injuries at 11:12 p.m.
