Fatal Shooting at Rolling Ridge Apartments: Athens Teen Charged with Murder

On May 27th, around 10:25 PM, Athens-Clarke County Police responded to a shooting at Rolling Ridge Apartments. They found a person with a gunshot wound, identified as Cameron Manago, 20, from Athens, GA. Manago was taken to a local hospital but was pronounced dead.

Zyquavious Thomas, 16, also from Athens, GA, has been arrested and charged with Felony Murder, Attempted Armed Robbery, and Aggravated Assault. Thomas is being treated as an adult.
