GBI Investigates Fatal Shooting in Cusseta, Chattahoochee County
The Chattahoochee County Sheriff’s Office has requested GBI agents to investigate the death of Royal Stephens Westbrooks, 41, from Cusseta, Georgia.
On May 19, 2024, at approximately 2:54 a.m., the Chattahoochee County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a shooting at the 100 block of McNaughton Street in Cusseta, Chattahoochee County, Georgia. Upon arrival, first responders discovered Westbrooks deceased at the scene.
