Atlanta Police Investigate Shooting at Chevron Station on Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway

On May 20th, 2024, at approximately 6:50PM, Atlanta Police officers responded to the area of Baker Road NW in reference to a person shot.

Upon arrival, officers located a 27-year-old male who sustained an apparent gunshot wound to his right leg. The male was conscious and was transported to the hospital for treatment.

Preliminary investigation indicates that the incident occurred at the Chevron station located at 2656 Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway NW. Investigators with the Aggravated Assault Unit responded to the scene to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.

At this time, the investigation is ongoing.
