Fatal Shooting in Browns Mill Park Area Leaves 37-year-old Man Dead

On May 6th, 2024, at around 4:29 PM, Atlanta Police officers were called to 47 Cleveland Avenue SW, in the Browns Mill Park area, after reports of a shooting.
Upon arrival on-scene, officers found a 37-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to the hospital in critical condition but passed away despite efforts to save him.
The Homicide Unit is investigating the incident, and details surrounding the shooting are still being determined. No suspect(s) have been identified.
