U.S. Marshals Apprehend Fugitive Wanted in Bibb County
Darion Livern Hudson arrested

On Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at approximately 11:10 am, the U.S. Marshal Southeast Fugitive Task Force successfully executed a warrant arrest of 27-year-old Darion Livern Hudson in Macon, Georgia. Hudson was apprehended at the 3300 block of Ridge Ave.

Hudson had been sought by the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office following an alarming incident last month. He had barricaded himself inside a residence, armed with a gun, along with three children. During that incident, Hudson managed to evade capture and fled. Deputies on-scene found the children inside the house.

The charges against Hudson include aggravated assault-family violence, three counts of cruelty to children-family violence, and false imprisonment. Following his arrest, Hudson was transported to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Center.

Hudson has a history of prior arrests in various counties including Bibb, DeKalb, Richmond, and Gwinnett.
