Atlanta Police Seek Public’s Help in Identifying Person of Interest in Homicide Case

Investigators from the Atlanta Police Homicide Unit are asking for the public’s help in identifying a person of interest related to a homicide case. On March 21, 2024, a woman, seen wearing a blue dress, dropped off a victim of homicide at a hospital before leaving the scene.

Authorities urge anyone who can identify the individual in question to reach out to Crime Stoppers. Tips can be provided anonymously through various channels, including calling Crime Stoppers Atlanta at (404) 577-TIPS (8477), visiting www.StopCrimeAtl.org online, or texting CSA along with the tip to CRIMES (274637). Informants are eligible for a reward of up to $2,000 without disclosing their identity.

The incident occurred around 8:48 a.m. on March 21st at Grady Hospital, located at 80 Jesse Hill Jr. Drive SE. Atlanta Police Zone 1 officers responded to a report of a person with a gunshot wound arriving at the hospital via private vehicle. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 57-year-old male victim deceased from a gunshot wound. Initial investigations suggest the victim sustained the injury at 171 Griffin St. NW.
