Vidalia Cold Case: Investigation Continues into Death of 17-year-old

The investigation into the death of Zy’Aun Ceasar, whose body was discovered on December 23, 2020, in Vidalia, GA, remains ongoing as authorities seek further information from the public.

Construction workers dismantling a residence near Everett Street in Vidalia stumbled upon Ceasar’s body, sparking an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death. Ceasar, aged 17 at the time of his death, was last sighted in the Vidalia area between December 10th and 11th, 2020. His mother reported him missing on December 17th, igniting a search effort that concluded with the discovery of his remains.
