Man Arrested After Releasing Vicious Dogs on Bibb County Deputies
Bibb County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a call regarding a fight on Village Green Drive and took a suspect into custody.
The male is charged with two counts of aggravated assault and five counts of animal cruelty. He was arrested after releasing several vicious dogs on deputies responding to the call and then barricading himself inside his home.
Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Animal Services caught one dog, and the other aggressive canine was tranquilized.
According to a report, neighbors told deputies the man frequently released his aggressive dogs on people who walked past his house.
