Attempted Burglary at JP Marathon Gas Station in Locust Grove
On July 1, 2024, at approximately 3:05 a.m., a white Ford van, stolen earlier within the city limits of Stockbridge, was used in an attempted burglary at the JP Marathon Gas Station located at 2755 Hwy 155 S in Locust Grove, GA. The suspect utilized a rock to break the front glass doors and attempted to steal the ATM machine. The suspects fled the scene in the van after the failed attempt.
