Two Injured in Early Morning Shooting in West Atlanta
On May 30, 2024, at approximately 1:37 AM, officers responded to a report of individuals shot at 458 Camrose Way in West Atlanta. Upon arrival, police discovered a male and a female with gunshot wounds. Both victims were found to be alert, conscious, and breathing (ACB).
Grady EMS arrived at the scene and transported the injured individuals to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. Preliminary investigations suggest that the victims were driving in the area when they heard gunshots. The male victim stated that he drove into a nearby parking lot to avoid injury but later realized that both he and the female victim had been shot.
Currently, there is no information available regarding the suspect or suspects involved in the incident. Investigators are actively working to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting. The investigation is ongoing.
