Woman Stabs Man With Box Cutter in Atlanta
Atlanta Police responded to a stabbing incident at 1875 Tremont Ave. NW around 12:05 am on April 12, 2024.
Upon arrival, officers found a male victim with a stab wound. He was conscious and breathing, and was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
The suspect, identified as Rashonda Peyton, was still present at the scene.
Initial investigations suggest that the victim and the suspect were involved in a physical altercation, during which Peyton used a box cutter to stab the victim. Police recovered the weapon and arrested Peyton, who has been charged with Aggravated Assault.
