Macon Man Arrested After Stalking Woman, Calling Her More Than 40 Times

MACON, Ga. — A Macon man was arrested after deputies say he repeatedly harassed a woman by calling her more than 40 times before going to her home and frightening her and her children.

According to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, Patrol Division deputies arrested 28-year-old Tyric Deontae Solomon on Saturday, June 27.

Investigators said Solomon had previously been warned by deputies to stay away from the female victim but continued contacting her despite those warnings.

According to the incident report, Solomon called the victim more than 40 times before driving to her residence.

Once there, deputies said he unlawfully entered the property, repeatedly banged on the door, and yelled outside the home, causing the victim and her children to fear for their safety.

Deputies responded to the residence and arrested Solomon.

He was charged with Stalking, Harassing Phone Calls, Criminal Trespass (Unlawful Entry), and Disorderly Conduct.
