Columbus Police Seek Suspect in Armed Robbery at Buena Vista Grocery

An armed robbery occurred on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at around 11:50 a.m. in the 4200 block of Buena Vista Road, specifically at Buena Vista Grocery, prompting a response from Columbus Police Officers. The investigation revealed that two suspects entered the store, with one of them wielding a firearm, and proceeded to rob a victim of her purse before fleeing the scene.

Following a review of surveillance footage, Sgt. Donna Baker managed to identify one of the suspects as Jaquavious Taylor. Consequently, an Armed Robbery warrant has been issued for Taylor’s arrest.

Authorities are seeking information regarding Jaquavious Taylor’s whereabouts.
