Two Thomasville Drug Dealers Arrested in Separate Narcotics Investigations
THOMASVILLE, Georgia – The Thomas County Sheriff’s Office arrested two men in separate narcotics investigations conducted by the Thomas County-Thomasville Narcotics/Vice Unit earlier this month.
According to investigators, agents executed a search warrant May 14 at a residence in the 100 block of Royal Avenue in Thomasville.
During the operation, agents arrested 43-year-old Christopher W. Burton. Authorities said Burton was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
In a separate investigation on May 15, narcotics agents executed a search warrant at a residence in the 700 block of Alexander Street in Thomasville.
Investigators arrested 44-year-old Robert Kevin McCray during the search.
McCray faces charges including trafficking cocaine, trafficking methamphetamine, possession of a Schedule I controlled substance with intent to distribute, three counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Authorities said McCray is being held in the Thomas County Jail after being denied bond.
