Wanted Fugitive Arrested in Cusseta on Home Invasion Charge
CUSSETA, Ga. — A wanted fugitive facing a home invasion charge was arrested Thursday in Chattahoochee County, according to the Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators with the sheriff’s office Collaborative Intelligence Group, working alongside the Chattahoochee County Sheriff’s Office, located and arrested Isaiah Adams on May 14, 2026, in Cusseta.
Authorities said Adams was wanted by the Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office on a grand jury warrant charging him with First Degree Home Invasion.
Investigators also said Adams was already out on bond for separate felony charges, including Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Knife or Firearm During the Commission of a Crime.
Following his arrest, Adams was transported without incident to the Chattahoochee County Sheriff’s Office, where he awaits transfer back to Muscogee County authorities.
Officials said the investigation remains ongoing and additional charges could still be filed.
