Perry Police Arrest 19-Year-Old, Recover Stolen Property, Guns and Narcotics

PERRY, Ga. — A 19-year-old man was arrested Thursday after police executing warrants discovered suspected stolen property, firearms, and illegal narcotics at a residence in Perry, authorities said.

On April 9, 2026, the Perry Police Department Investigations Division, working with the Houston County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Division, executed multiple arrest warrants on Jaeden Charles at Perry Mobile Home Park on Sam Nunn Boulevard.

During the arrest, officers observed suspected stolen property in plain view, prompting them to obtain a search warrant for the residence. Investigators said the subsequent search led to the recovery of items linked to multiple theft cases, as well as firearms and illegal narcotics.

Authorities also identified a juvenile male inside the residence who was listed as a missing or wanted person out of Hall County, Georgia.

Officials said the investigation remains ongoing.
