Deputies Seek Two Persons of Interest After Attempted Armed Robbery at Macon Burger King

MACON, GA – Bibb County Sheriff’s Office investigators are asking for the public’s help in identifying two persons of interest connected to an attempted armed robbery at a Burger King on Pio Nono Avenue.

The incident was reported to the Macon-Bibb E-911 Center just before 10:00 p.m. on Monday, December 29. According to investigators, two male suspects entered the Burger King located at 3025 Pio Nono Avenue and brandished firearms while demanding money from employees.

Authorities said the suspects did not obtain any money and fled the business on foot, running toward the Krispy Kreme in the 2800 block of Pio Nono Avenue. No injuries were reported.
