Wanted Man Arrested After Hiding in Attic on Wimbish Road in Macon

Bibb County Sheriff’s Office S.R.T. Unit deputies arrested a wanted man who was found hiding in the attic of a home on Wimbish Road.

According to the report, the suspect was wanted on multiple charges, including criminal damage to property in the 1st degree (family violence), cruelty to children in the 3rd degree (family violence), terroristic threats (family violence), violation of probation (felony), and also had an outstanding warrant from a neighboring county.

Deputies safely took the suspect into custody without further incident. He was transported to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Center.
