Gwinnett Police Arrest Multiple Suspects in Year-Long Auto Theft Spree

GWINNETT COUNTY, GA — Gwinnett County Police have arrested multiple individuals in connection with a year-long series of vehicle break-ins, auto thefts, and related crimes affecting hundreds of victims across Gwinnett County and surrounding areas.

The investigation began on June 5, 2024, when the Gwinnett County Police General Crimes Unit noticed a pattern of criminal activity involving a group using stolen vehicles to target cars. Over 14 months, the group broke into vehicles, stealing credit cards, money, and firearms.

Detectives traced the suspects to an East Point apartment complex. On August 5, Gwinnett County Police, with Atlanta Police SWAT, executed a search warrant, recovering multiple stolen firearms and arresting four individuals:

  • Kejuan Miliam, 25, Atlanta – facing multiple entering auto felonies, criminal damage charges, and RICO charges.
  • Travion Middleton, 25, East Point – charged with felony theft, two counts of entering auto, and RICO charges.
  • Lydericus Broomhead, 17, Atlanta – charged under RICO.
  • Kordale Miliam – arrested on outstanding warrants including felony murder, armed robbery, and aggravated assault; currently in Fulton County Jail.

Police say the investigation is ongoing and additional arrests or charges may be forthcoming.
