Three Arrested in Connection with January 2025 Homicide on Gun Club Road

Three individuals have been arrested and charged in connection with a homicide that occurred on January 25th, 2025, at 1200 Gun Club Road NW.

On March 2nd, 2025, a 16-year-old juvenile surrendered to Atlanta Police Headquarters. She faces multiple charges, including Murder, Armed Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, and Possession of a Firearm Under the Age of 18. The juvenile was transported to the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center for processing.

On February 27th, 2025, 18-year-old Israel Byrd also turned himself in at Atlanta Police Headquarters. Byrd is charged with Murder, Armed Robbery, Aggravated Assault, and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony. He was taken to the Fulton County Jail for processing.

Additionally, on February 25th, 2025, a 17-year-old juvenile was arrested by Atlanta police for his involvement in the same incident. He faces charges of Murder, Armed Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, Possession of a Firearm Under the Age of 18, and Possession of a Firearm By a Convicted Felon. He was also transported to the Fulton County Jail.
