Suspect Identified in Albany Armed Robbery and Kidnapping

Authorities have identified Roger Haynes as the suspect in the October 2, 2024, armed robbery and kidnapping that occurred in the 1100 block of W Broad Ave. Haynes allegedly entered the victim’s vehicle, forcing her to withdraw cash from multiple ATMs before fleeing.

Haynes is wanted on charges of Armed Robbery, Kidnapping, Aggravated Assault, and Possession of a firearm during Certain Crimes. He is described as 6’1″ and weighing approximately 220 pounds.
