Wanted Woman Found Hiding in Closet During Arrest in Macon

Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team (S.R.T.) deputies executed an arrest warrant at a home on Shadow Moss Drive in Macon, leading to the capture of a wanted woman. The woman, whose identity was not immediately released, was found hiding in an upstairs bedroom closet after deputies made entry into the residence.

The suspect had active warrants from both Houston County and Macon-Bibb County on multiple charges. She was taken into custody without further incident and transported to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Center for processing.
