Carrollton Man Arrested After Search Yields Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Other Drugs

On August 1, 2024, the ACE Unit conducted a search warrant at a residence on Elder Circle in Carrollton as part of an ongoing drug investigation. The operation was prompted by evidence suggesting that Gregory Parks, age 58, was involved in the sale of illegal drugs, including fentanyl and methamphetamine.

During the search, investigators recovered a quantity of illegal substances, including suspected fentanyl, methamphetamine, crack cocaine, Oxycodone pills, and marijuana. Additionally, various items related to the distribution of narcotics were seized from the scene.

Gregory Parks was arrested and faces multiple charges:

  • Sale of Fentanyl
  • Possession of Fentanyl with Intent to Distribute
  • Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute
  • Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute
  • Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substances with Intent to Distribute
