Armed Robber Steals Cash From Macon Circle K, Bibb County Deputies Investigating

MACON, Ga. – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an armed robbery at a convenience store early Monday morning that ended with the suspect fleeing on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Deputies responded at approximately 5:46 a.m. on July 13 after the Macon-Bibb Emergency 911 Center received a report of a commercial armed robbery at the Circle K located at the 4700 block of Chambers Road at the Eisenhower Pkwy intersection.

According to investigators, a man entered the store armed with a firearm and demanded money from the business.

The suspect fled the store on foot after obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash.

No injuries were reported during the robbery.

The suspect is described only as a male wearing dark clothing.

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office said the investigation remains active, and additional information will be released as it becomes available.
