Bibb County Authorities Seek Public’s Help Identifying Vehicle in Lake Wildwood Hit-and-Run
BIBB COUNTY, Ga. — Investigators are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run crash that left at least one person injured.
According to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred April 19, 2026, at approximately 5:23 p.m. at the intersection of Greentree Parkway and Ahwenasa Trail in the Lake Wildwood area.
Authorities said at least one person was transported by ambulance following the crash.
Investigators are searching for a black Dodge Durango, believed to be a model year between 2014 and 2020.
The vehicle is expected to have visible damage, including front passenger-side damage, missing or damaged front bumper trim and a missing chrome fog light housing.
Officials said the driver failed to stop after the crash and left the scene.
