Gwinnett Man Arrested on Charges of Distributing Obscene Materials Without Consent
GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — A Gwinnett County man was arrested following an investigation into the distribution of explicit materials without consent, authorities said.
The Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office said deputies with the Family Violence and K-9 Units conducted an investigation April 3, 2026, that led to the arrest of Jerren Clark in Peachtree Corners.
Investigators identified and located Clark at a residence in Gwinnett County, where deputies coordinated their approach and made contact. Authorities said Clark complied with instructions and was taken into custody without incident.
Clark is charged with two counts of distributing obscene materials and two counts of electronic transmission of video or photo depicting nudity or sexually explicit conduct without consent. He sent a graphic photo to a woman through Instagram.
