Missing 83-Year-Old Man with Dementia Sought by South Fulton Police
The South Fulton Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 83-year-old Billie Coot Carmichael, who has been missing for several days. Carmichael, who suffers from dementia, was last seen on December 7, 2024, at 6675 Hidden Brook Trail, South Fulton, GA 30349.
