Monroe Man Arrested in Fatal Shooting of 20-Year-Old Woman
On November 30, 2024, at 5:07 AM, officers and detectives with the Monroe Police Department responded to a 911 call reporting a shooting at 114 4th Street in Monroe, Georgia. Upon arrival, they found 20-year-old Allison Kaspor of Monroe, who was pronounced dead at the scene from multiple gunshot wounds.
22-year-old Matthew Rowe of Monroe has been arrested and charged with felony murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
