Forsyth Man Arrested After Drugs Found During Apartment Search
On November 26, 2024, Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputies executed a search warrant at an apartment in Forsyth Gardens following multiple complaints about activity at the residence. During the search, deputies discovered cocaine, marijuana, hydrocodone, and oxycodone, both classified as Schedule II drugs.
Tramaine Haynes, the apartment resident, was arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, two counts of Violation of Georgia Controlled Substances Act (VGCSA), Distribution of Narcotics near Public Housing, and possession of drug-related objects.
Haynes is being held at the Monroe County Jail without bond.
