Atlanta Man Wanted for Murder in Two Separate Shootings, $10,000 Reward Offered
The Atlanta Police Department’s Fugitive Unit is seeking assistance from the public in locating 20-year-old Corey Comer, who is wanted in connection to two separate shootings that resulted in fatalities.
In May 2024, Comer allegedly fatally shot a 37-year-old man, leaving him with multiple gunshot wounds. Later, in November 2024, the same suspect is believed to have killed a 17-year-old boy, using an illegal switch to fire multiple rounds from a firearm. A switch is a device that converts a semi-automatic weapon into a fully automatic weapon, making it more dangerous and contributing to an increase in violent crimes.
To aid in his capture, Crime Stoppers of Greater Atlanta and the FBI are offering a combined reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to Comer’s arrest.
Anyone with information on Comer’s whereabouts or the shootings is urged to submit a tip anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 404-577-TIPS (8477), online at www.StopCrimeAtl.org, or by texting CSA and the tip to CRIMES (274637). Tipsters do not need to provide their name or any identifying details to be eligible for the reward.
