Driver Arrested After High-Speed Chase on I-75 South in Bibb County

A Bibb County Sheriff’s Office H.E.A.T. Unit traffic stop led to the arrest of a driver clocked at 108 mph and making erratic lane changes on Interstate 75 south.

Deputy Shane Smith initiated the stop, uncovering multiple violations, including reckless driving, no insurance, and a suspended vehicle registration. The driver was arrested at the scene and transported to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Center.
