DeKalb Police Investigating Two Reports of Indecent Exposure at Lithonia Apartment Complex

The DeKalb Police Department is investigating two separate reports of indecent exposure incidents at the Belle Vista Apartments in Lithonia.

The first incident occurred on June 11, 2024, when a male suspect was seen engaging in lewd behavior on a resident’s Ring camera. Detectives canvassed the area for witnesses and additional footage but were unable to gather further video evidence at that time.

A second report was filed on November 16, 2024, involving similar behavior. Detectives have since obtained new video footage and are actively pursuing leads related to the case.

Authorities are urging anyone with information about these incidents to come forward. Tips can be submitted anonymously through the DKPD App or by texting “DKPD” and the tip to 847-411.
