Four Injured in Late-Night Shooting Following Dispute Over Firearm in Atlanta

Early on November 10, 2024, Atlanta Police Zone 3 officers responded to a report of a shooting near 925 Conley Rd. SE, discovering a 28-year-old man with a gunshot wound. The man, who was alert and responsive, told officers he had been near 807 Conley Rd. SE when he heard gunshots and was struck. He was transported to the hospital by ambulance.

Shortly afterward, officers were notified that three additional shooting victims had arrived at the hospital via private vehicle. Police located three males—ages 23, 44, and 20—who had sustained gunshot wounds and were also in stable condition.

Preliminary findings suggest that a physical altercation over a firearm with an unknown suspect escalated into gunfire among the group at 807 Conley Rd. SE. Investigators are continuing to gather details surrounding the incident.
