Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Seeks Public Help in Homicide Case of 31-Year-Old Man

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is requesting assistance from the public to identify a suspect in connection with the death of 31-year-old Demarious Shamonte Brown, who was found dead from a gunshot wound on July 13, 2024, in the 2200 block of Gray Highway.

The suspect is described as an older black male with a beard, wearing a Dickies safety vest over a dark long-sleeve T-shirt, dark pants, a Seattle Mariners fitted hat, brown boots, gloves, and a mask covering his face. Video footage from a Ring camera has been released by the BCSO in hopes of obtaining more information.
