Two Arrested in Connection to Social Circle Murder Investigation

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) has arrested and charged Rosalynn Ellison, 19, and Jevhon Reece, 20, both of Social Circle, Walton County, GA, with conspiracy, armed robbery, aggravated assault, murder, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. The charges are related to the death of Adrian Wofford, 23, of Jefferson, GA.

On September 18, 2024, the GBI was called in by the Social Circle Police Department to assist with the investigation after Wofford was found deceased on a road in Social Circle, Walton County.

Ellison and Reece were located and arrested in Jones County, GA, on October 5, 2024. They are currently being held at the Walton County Jail.

The case will be forwarded to the Alcovy Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office for prosecution once the investigation is complete.
