Four Arrested in Bibb County After K-9 Unit Discovers Large Drug Cache in Speeding Vehicle

A deputy from the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Interdiction Unit arrested four occupants of a speeding car on Hawkinsville Road. During a search of the vehicle, deputies uncovered a substantial amount of narcotics concealed inside several backpacks and additional drugs located in a suitcase in the trunk.

The search also yielded digital scales and a handgun. The suspects, aged between 19 and 30 years old, were taken into custody without incident and transported to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Center.
