Jones County Drug Unit Arrests Suspect with Kilo of Meth, Pound of Marijuana

On Monday, September 30th, after a lengthy investigation, the Jones County Sheriff’s Drug Unit arrested Christian Gonzalez on charges of Trafficking Methamphetamine and Possession of Marijuana With Intent to Distribute. Investigators found Gonzalez in possession of approximately one kilogram of methamphetamine and about one pound of marijuana.

Gonzalez is currently being held without bond at the Jones County Jail. The Drug Unit’s efforts were commended for their work in the investigation.
