19-Year-Old Shot at Parkview Homes in Athens-Clarke County
On August 5, 2024, at approximately 11:48 PM, the Athens-Clarke County Police Department responded to a Discharging Firearms call at Parkview Homes. Responding officers located a 19-year-old male victim with gunshot wounds. Officers rendered life-saving efforts until emergency medical services arrived. The victim was then transported to a local hospital and is in stable condition.
