16-Year-Old Male Fatally Shot on Hollywood Road in Northwest Atlanta
On July 10th, 2024, at approximately 4:12 PM, officers responded to 1634 Hollywood Road NW in Northwest Atlanta in reference to a person shot. Upon arrival, officers located a 16-year-old male who had sustained apparent gunshot wounds. The male was transported to the hospital in critical condition where, despite life-saving efforts, he succumbed to his injuries. Investigators with the Homicide Unit responded to the scene to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. At this time, the investigation is ongoing.
