Fatal Shooting Claims Life in West Atlanta

Atlanta Police responded to a fatal shooting incident on Saturday, June 29th, in the Harland Terrace area of West Atlanta. At approximately 3:07 AM, police arrived at 9 Peyton Place SW following reports of gunshots. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 31-year-old male victim with apparent gunshot wounds. Medical responders pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.

The Homicide Unit has initiated an investigation to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the shooting. As of now, details remain under investigation.
