BOLO Issued by Johns Creek Police for Credit Card Fraud Suspect

The Johns Creek Police Department has issued a BOLO (Be On the Lookout) for a man suspected of credit card fraud. On Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at approximately 5:00 PM, the suspect made an unauthorized purchase using an illegally obtained credit card at the customer service counter of Publix Supermarket located at Medlock Corners, 5805 State Bridge Road.

Surveillance video captured the man, who appears to be in his late 20s to early 30s. He was wearing a light blue long-sleeve shirt, a red and white cap, and dark-colored pants, possibly navy blue. The suspect has a short haircut, a mustache, and a beard. After completing the fraudulent transaction, he was seen exiting the store and getting into a black BMW crossover vehicle, believed to be a newer model X3.
